Chris and his wife Leslie live at Forest Hills, in Pike County, with their three children, Corbin, Wilson and Emma.
Chris is a 1993 graduate of the University of Kentucky and a 1996 graduate of the Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law. Chris is licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and West Virginia and served as a Pike County Magistrate from 2000 to 2014 and served as President of KY Association of Counties in 2011. Chris has been serving the Citizens of Pike and Martin Counties as the State Representative for the 93rd Legislative District since 2015.
